Conference and Event Management System (CEMS)
CEMS is a custom-built, security-conscious event management and booking system.
Built under commission from the ECFS, it allows for both anonymous and membership-based event registration and includes full integration with the main ECFS website membership CRM database, order system and online payment gateway.
A wide variety of features are available and includes abstract submissions, invited faculty handling, accommodation management as well as reporting for catering and transport.
Deadline-based cutoff points for early-bird registrations allow for motivating early registrations and automatic countdown calendars show the time to each cutoff point for each event.
Multiple events are supported simultaneously and the current phase of upgrades includes automatic programme generation from the events calendar and the submitted abstracts.
